I’ve found the shoes I want but can’t select my size
It is our deepest regret to inform you that the sizes you see are the only sizes available at the moment. However, we are working hard to produce our shoes in more sizes. If you would like to inquire/reserve for a specific shoe, please contact us via the form above or at stabonme.shoes@gmail.com . A representative will get back to you within 3-5 working days.

Has my order been shipped yet ?
An email will be sent to inform you when your order has been shipped out. Additionally, after purchase, you can view the shipping status of your order in 'My Order' after login into your account.

Part of my order is missing
We require proof of faulty order before we can process a refund or ship out additional parts. Please email us with the details at
stabonme.shoes@gmail.com . A representative will get back to you within 3-5 working days.

Can I return something I have bought?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date.
*Shoes must be returned in new (or just tried on) condition in order to be eligible for a full refund.
You are responsible for the initial return shipping fee, you will be reimbursed in your refund. Please contact us at stabonme.shoes@gmail.com for further instructions as this is processed by a case-by-case basis, returns are not allowed if you do not meet our requirements.
Please note duty, tax and original shipping are not refunded. Please contact your local tax authority for VAT refunds.

What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly or missing information?
We ship all orders to the exact address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake with your shipping address, you must notify us immediately. We are not liable for the loss of your package if the address is incorrect or incomplete.
To correct your address please contact us ASAP at stabonme.shoes@gmail.com . A representative will attend to you within 24 hours.

Can you give me more information about the shoes?
All available information about the shoes are provided in the product description of the shoes. If you have something specific you would like to know, please contact us via the form above or at stabonme.shoes@gmail.com . A representative will get back to you within 3-5 working days. Please read the product description carefully before asking to avoid waste of time on both sides.

Can I track my order ?

After purchase, you can view the shipping status of your order in 'My Order' after login into your account. Refer to the tracking number provided in the email sent to you after your purchase to track the order.

You will also periodically receive emails about the shipping status of your order such as when it has been shipped out, arrived at the sorting centre, delivered, etc.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

Please note you are required to ship us back the incorrect items first (with proof) before we ship out the correct order. We will cover the shipping cost and tax.

I forgot to use my discount code
We are deeply sorry to hear that, please be more careful on your next purchase as confirmed purchases cannot be changed. However, you may email us at stabonme.shoes@gmail.com with proof of your existing discount code for additional discount codes from us. A representative will get back to you within 3-5 working days.
Please note that additional discount codes will only be given out if your discount code has not expired on the day of purchasing your order.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
The delivery fee depends on the state (country, if you are ordering from outside of Malaysia) you are from. Please check the amount stated at the checkout before you process your payment.

You can generally expect your order to arrive within 14-30 days, however in the event of unforeseen circumstances, shipment may take longer. You will be updated via email and on your Stab On Me account should anything unpleasant happens.
